The third son of a powerful and affluent family, Yi Lian Kai insisted on marrying Qin Sang the moment he set his eyes on her and tried ways and means to make her his wife. A classic FWSC's novel and a novel befitting of her stepmom nickname.
I suggest waiting out for the drama to air than read the novel :P At least the drama looks lovely despite all the angst.
How does this story relates to Too Late to Say I Love You? Does TLTSLY have a sequel?
Open ending meaning what? Do the leads ever face the possibility of getting together? Or do they not end up with each other?
@DXC - This is a prequel to "Too Late to say I love you." The main character from "Murong Fung" makes an appearance in this novel as a very young soldier.
I still need to finish this novel, but the drama for this is very good. They changed some of the dynamics at the beginning, such as the misunderstanding between the two main leads, and why "Yi Lin Chen" was cool to the Qing Sang all the time.
After I finish the drama, I will go back to read the novel.

I've been for this drama with all my heart but why it have to end with a sad ending. wish that this drama will not disappoint me but in the end it did, in end yi liankai and this drama mean nothing.
