  I think this is the first BL novel posted here. I posted this because the author's other book A Lonesome Fragrance Waiting to be Appreciated seems to be a hit and there is English translation. I am not a fan of this genre so I don't think I am going to read it so if you've any questions, pls post them at sookybabi's blog.

  Hey, I suspect my audio mandarin may be worse than you. It is ok. You can guess & you don't need to know every words. It is not an exam. You are becoming like pm, reading books with a fine comb, lol. Buy a Galaxy tablet ! I'll email you the website where you can listen with iPad since I did that during my holidays.

• Hey, I've not read this book so I can't tell you anything but this is a BL book !!!!! Don't jump so far ahead. Start with a normal ancient book with English translation like 3L3W, Ballad of the Desert or Lonesome Fragrant. If not I scare, you'll get nightmare, lol.

  Superstar Boyfriend, nice ar? Twice Blooming Flower not nice meh? Which other book are you reading? Listen to the flower audiobook. Even Seoul recommended that. You can't read but I don't know why you are so resistant over listening to audiobook. Makes life so much easier, haha...

• Feng Yu Jiu Tian is a BL book? Syorrrr.....meaning? You mean they are gays? Omg!!!! Just finished chp 1, looks reasonably harmless so far.

  Superstar BF is like a triple marathon, seems like the novelist has included every single plot there is in the book including, attempted murder, drugs, homosexuality, commercial espionage, bankruptcy, corporate takeovers, car crashes, coma, health issues, 小三, puppy love, revenge, kidnapping, and of course, issues relating to the entertainment industry......and more, a lot more!!!! i guess thats why the story was so looong. The book started off funny (that's why I read it) and then, it wasn't really funny anymore, but by then I was so deep into it, I just had to finish it (i admit i skipped certain chapters). On the whole, I still enjoy it becoz it had the sweetest ending ever. The lead male was very cute alto he was a cleanliness freak and had a bunch of strange habits. And it was lovely to see how he matured over the years.

  Audiobook - I have been resisting mainly becoz, my audio mandarin is not so fantastic. If I use google translate, at least it's three-prong, i can listen, read the pinyin and sometimes the crabby English translation, if all else fail, I fall back on my 4-inch thick Chinese dictionary. Also, I cannot do audiobook via the iPad.

• I've just finished part 1 (only 23 chapters). This is my first ever ancient cum time travel book. And yikes, it's a BL book on top of that.

  I half expected the book to be revolting becoz i never thought i could stomach a gay storyline but surprisingly i did not puke. Not only that, I actually found it quite funny. And of the two male leads, one of them is portrayed as so soft, weak and feminine that I always forget he's a guy. Omg....this is really eye opening for me.

  Don't think I will continue with the rest of the story for the time being. This change of diet is very drastic for me, hv to go look for some more uncle books to normalise my palate again. But will definitely revisit in the future....

  The characters are interesting and the story is pretty good. I don't mind long stories as long as they're well-written :)

  I had a look at the comic and the art is really, really beautiful. Wow. So many fine details and they're so beautifully drawn. I love this artist's style and makes me wish that she(?) is the one drawing the HQG comic instead...

  And for people worried about the comic: IMO it's not that bad because all the naughty bits are whited out anyway...

• Haha, you are a frog under the well:P There are a lot of BL Chinese novels and you can find the link to a blog with all the links to English translations on the translation page. Actually, they are very popular in China. I feel there are more BL radio drama than BG radio drama. Many of them are pretty funny but unfortunately I find them weird, lol.
